Purpose

This site is designed for board-level introductions and governance dialogue. We collect only the information necessary to respond to inbound inquiries and to understand site performance at a high level.

Information We Collect

  • Contact submissions: Name, email, and any message you choose to share through the contact form.
  • Analytics (Google Analytics): Usage metrics such as page views, referrals, device/browser type, and interactions. Google may set cookies to understand repeat visits and site performance.
  • Server logs: Standard web logs for security and uptime (IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp) retained for short operational windows.

How We Use Information

  • Respond to board and advisory inquiries you submit.
  • Improve content quality and reliability of the site.
  • Protect the site from abuse, spam, or security issues.

What We Do Not Do

  • No sale of personal data.
  • No third-party ad networks or retargeting pixels.
  • No unnecessary cookies beyond analytics and essential functionality.

Data Retention

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to manage the conversation. Security logs are rotated regularly. If you want your message removed, email the address below.

Security

We use HTTPS, least-privilege access to hosting, and routine patching of dependencies. No method is flawless, but we review configurations to keep risk low.

Your Choices

  • You can request deletion of prior contact messages by emailing [email protected].
  • You may opt out of analytics by blocking scripts at the browser level; the site remains fully usable.

Third-Party Services

We use reputable hosting and email providers, plus Google Analytics for site measurement. Vendors are selected for security posture and minimal data exposure, and may process data solely to deliver the service. For Google Analytics, see Google's privacy policy.

Tools Subdomain

Interactive tools (e.g., AI governance assessments) live on a separate tools subdomain and follow the tools privacy policy for any inputs you provide there.
